If you are not satisfied with any of our services, the Transparency Section at BML is here to help. Your complaint will be objectively processed in a timely manner.
You can follow any of these steps to submit a complaint:
- Fill the Complaint Form available at any of our branches and place it inside the Complaint Box
- Download and fill our COMPLAINT FORM ENGLISH or COMPLAINT FORM ARABIC, fill it and send it scanned via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
You can also send it via regular mail to the below address:

- Call the bank directly and submit your complaint on +961-1-987777
Within 3 working days, our Transparency Team will contact you to confirm that your complaint has been received.
They may ask for additional information to make sure that your complaint is being properly handled. You will then be advised of the timeframe within which the problem can be solved.
